Bosch
Bosch is famous for power tools and spark plugs, but not for blenders and
coffeemakers. Or at least that was the case prior to our introduction of
Bosch small appliances to the United States. Launching at the industry’s
largest trade show, we created this integrated campaign of ads and direct
mail that targeted savvy buyers for upscale retail and department stores,
who swooned at the sight of these “must-have” products of the year. More
importantly, they acted. Bosch exceeded its distribution goals for the
launch. Supported by a nationwide trade and consumer PR strategy, they’re
now a household name in a new area—the kitchen.
