Pam is RiechesBaird’s Director of Finance & Human Resources. For more than fifteen years, she’s been helping us manage our growth by managing our financial well being, maintaining banking and professional service relationships and overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting and accounting functions. Pam is also responsible for Human Resources which includes benefits administration, employee records, and assisting RiechesBaird’s management with personnel matters.

Pam has more than 28 years of experience in accounting and finance in a variety of industries. Prior to joining RiechesBaird, she worked for Broadway Department Stores, Dolphin Systems Technology, Memorial Health Technologies, Associated Design Studios, Chemical Methods, Inc. in California and Enserch Exploration in Dallas, Texas.

Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
