Benjamin Bidlack, Brand Strategy Director at RiechesBaird, has more than 15 years of senior executive experience with some of the world’s leading brand consultancies, including Interbrand (Canada/US), Siegel & Gale (US) and Prophet (US/UK). At RiechesBaird, Ben leads key relationships and strategy engagements. He is also part of the leadership team and is the firm’s technology practice leader.

Prior to joining RiechesBaird, Ben was Executive Director of Brand Strategy at Interbrand, the world's largest brand consultancy. Before focusing on brand strategy, Ben held senior strategy roles in international management consulting with top-tier firms such as Booz-Allen & Hamilton (Singapore) and Accenture (US).  Ben has extensive international experience, with many years of living in 30 countries on 4 continents.

His clients include Nike, Sony, Universal Studios, Royal Bank of Canada, X Prize Foundation, Visa International, Con-way (trucking and logistics), Bloomberg, Wells Fargo Bank, Dubai Festival City, Cirque du Soleil, MusicIP and PlanetEye (both Microsoft-funded start-ups) among others.

Ben has presented at branding conferences, published articles and taught courses in branding for the world's leading universities and organizations, including the London Business School, the Legal Marketing Association, and the American Marketing Association.

His seminal white paper while at Interbrand, The Brand Council, helped catalyze many organizations to integrate strategic brand thinking into critical business strategy decisions in the C-suite.  Ben’s extensive research into the works of Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell and others on the fundamentals of mythology, story-telling and human behavior informs his branding work.

He has worked directly with world-renowned branding authors David Aaker, Michael Dunn, and Kevin Keller on both client projects and book material.  Ben earned a BA in English from Haverford College and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business (Honors in Marketing).
